Breakfast BLT

Ingredients

  • 8 slices bread
  • 1 package bistro blend shredded cheese
  • bacon crumbles
  • 1 can stewed oregano tomatoes (drained)
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 c. milk

Preparation

Step 1

Spry 9x13 pan with Pam. Cut bread in half and put a layer of halves in pan. Spread cheese on halves. Sprinkle bacon on cheese. Pour mixture of eggs and milk over the layers. Put on a layer of the top 1/2 of bread. Add another layer of cheese. Layer stewed tomatoes on top. Soak in refrigerator overnight. Cook at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes
