Lemon Salad (Kathy's)
This is a small recipe but can be doubled to fit a 9x13 pan
- Small recipe:
- 1 pkg lemon jello
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1 small can of crushed pineapple
- 1 small pkg. grated cheese
Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add crushed pineapple with juice and 1 cup of cold water. When nearly set sprinkle grated cheese on top and finish setting up in frig.
