Ingredients

  • Bean dip or refried beans
  • 3 avocados
  • 3 tbs picante sauce
  • 3 tbs sour cream
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2/3 pkg McCormick taco seasoning
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 3 chopped tomatoes
  • 1 can black olives, chopped
  • 8 oz grated cheddar cheese.

Preparation

Step 1

Layer in oblong Pyrex dish as follows:
The first layer-
One can been dip
Second layer –( following mixture)
Three avocados
3 tablespoons picante sauce
3 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Third layer – (following mixture)
8oz. Sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2/3 package McCormick taco seasoning

Fourth layer –(following mixture)
1 cup chopped onions
Three chopped tomatoes (only firm part)
one can black olives, chopped
fifth layer –
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
