Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Quick Cooking or Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1/2 Packed Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tsp Baking Pwder
  • 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Cup Skim Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
  • 1 Egg Lightly Beaten
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Drained Canned Peaches

Preparation

Step 1

Combine the oats, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in bowl and mix well.

Stir in the skim milk, applesauce, egg and vanilla.

Fold in the peaches.

Spread the peach mixture in a 1.5 qt baking dish or 9 x 9 inch baking pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.

Bake at 350 Degree oven for 30-35 minutes.

Serve with Vanilla or Strawberry fat-free yogurt, skim milk or cream.
