One Skillet Tuna Noodle Casserole

  • 8 oz. egg noodles
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 can tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a medium skillet, bring water to a boil.

2. Gradually add noodles and reduce heat to a simmer.

3. Simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Add vegetables; cook 5 minutes longer.

5. Stir in soup, tuna, milk and pepper. Heat through.

6. Let stand several minutes before serving.
