- 16 tbsp. instant polenta
- 4 cups water
- 2 tsp. salt
- 4 tbsp. butter

Step 1
1. Salt and boil the water.
2. Lower the heat to medium and slowly add polenta while whisking. Continue whisking until polenta thickens and the water is absorbed. If polenta starts splattering, reduce heat further.
3. Add butter and whisk until you have a thick pudding-like texture. Serve immediately.
