Banana Tea Bread

Ingredients
- 1 cup mashed banana -about 2 large (I usually freeze brown bananas and keep for bread-thaw out prior to)
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cups nuts (optional)

Step 1
Grease loaf pan.
Combine butter softened, sugar, eggs, and vanilla in a mixing bowl. Add banana, sour cream and mix again. Add flour, baking soda, and salt (and nuts). Beat until well blended. Pour into pan and bake for 1 hour or until done at 350 degrees. Also makes good muffins. Bake for 25 minutes in muffin pan.
