Ingredients

  • Beat seasoned (salt and pepper) flour into cube steak and brown in a little oil in electric skillet
  • Drain oil.
  • Add onions and 1/2 cup water simmer for hour 15 minutes
  • Take meat out of pan and make gravy mix add to pan put meat back into pan stir and let sit for 10 minutes
