Tuna Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
- 6 oz. noodles
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 2-6 1/2 oz. cans tuna
- 1 c. milk
- Can cream of celery or mushroom soup
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp dill
- 20 Ritz crackers, crumbled
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 2 Tbs. margarine
- 1 c. frozen peas, thawed
- 1/2 c. light sour cream
- 1 c. cheddar
- 2 tsp. minced parsley
- 1/4 tsp. Old Bay
- 2 Tbs. melted margarine

Step 1
Lightly grease 9x13 dish. Prepare noodles according to pkg. Cook celery and onions in margarine over medium heat until
soft, 8-10 min. combine noodles, celery, and onion mixture, tuna, peas, milk, sour cream, soup, cheese, salt, pepper,
parsley, dill and Old Bay. Spoon noodle mixture into casserole. Sprinkle crackers on top then drizzle melted margarine.
Sprinkle with paprika. Cake for 30 min at 350.
