Apricot cheese ball

Ingredients

  • 1 lg bar cream cheese forked til soft
  • Dried apricots snipped - not too many
  • 1/2 jar or less apricot preserves
  • Crushed,chopped pecans
  • Confectioner sugar - optional as needed for sweetening

Preparation

Step 1

Soften cream cheese with fork til soft.Add snipped dried apricots and preserves into mixture and mash together a little at a time to stay firm. Add confectioner's sugar if needs more sweetening. Then Roll into crushed pecans ...and roll and roll. Serve with crackers.
