Ingredients
- 1 PIE CRUST
- 2 Tbs butter
- 1/3 c. finely chopped onion
- 3 Tbs. Red and green peppers, diced
- 1/2 c. mushrooms
- 3 eggs.
- 8 0z. sour cream, divided
- 5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 1/2 c. grated swiss
- 1 c. grated cheddar
- Dash salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Line crust with foil and bake at 450 for 8 min. Remove foil and bake an additional 5 min.
Saute onions; peppers, and mushrooms until soft. Combine with eggs, 8 oz. Of sour cream, bacon, cheeses
and salt and pepper and pour mixture into pie crust
Bake at 359 for 40 min.
