Asparagus in Mustard Cream Sauce

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup good dry white wine
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 1/12 lb fresh asparagus

Step 1
On a medium skillet, boil wine, heavy cream and mustard til reduced by half, stirring constantly. Stir in butter until melted. Keep over low heat, while you steam asparagus til tender-crisp. Arrange asparagus and pour sauce over.
