Ingredients

  • turkey neck & giblets until done (I use turkey legs instead)
  • Dried bread or bread crumbs
  • onion
  • Milk or water ot chicken broth(enough to cover bread crumbs to soak
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 teas. salt and pepper
  • Liquid from cooking turkey parts or Chicken broth

Preparation

Step 1

Cook turkey parts until done. Cut meat off and grind.

Soak bread in water or milk or chicket broth . Squeeze out excess liquid.

Mix (8 or more slices of bread), meat together. Grind 1/2 onion and garlic. Add to mixture.

Add 1/2 teas, salt and pepper to your mixture or to taste.

Mix together and use the liquid from cooking meat or chicken broth. Use as much liquid as needed for the dressing to not be dry.
