Gluten-Free Berry Nutty Q’ia Cereal

By

Chia seeds have gotten a lot of attention for their impressive combination of omega-3s, protein, and fiber, but have you heard of q’ia (pronounced kee-ah)? It’s a tasty cereal that blends chia seeds with two other wholesome ingredients: buckwheat and hemp. Both additions boast some of the same benefits as chia seeds–cholesterol-lowering fiber and heart-healthy omega-3s–and the trio creates a perfect base for an energizing, satisfying, gluten-free morning meal.
