Ingredients

  • Mix: 2- 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese softened, 1/2 c. sugar ans 1/2 tsp. vanilla. Add 2 eggs, mix and set aside.
  • Melt- 20 caramels with 2 tbsp. milk in heavy sauce pan on low heat stirring often. Stir in 1/2 c. chopped pecans. Pour over bottom of 1 ready to use grahm cracker crust. Pour creem cheese batter over caramel mixture.

Step 1

Bake @ 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until set.
Refigerate for 3 hours.
Garnish with pecans and caramel topping if desired.
