  • 1 1/4 C. Oil
  • 2 C. Sugar
  • 2 C. Grated Carrot
  • 4 Eggs
  • 3 C. Flour
  • 1/2 C. Buttermilk
  • 3 t. Baking Powder
  • 1 1/2 t. Soda
  • 2 t. Cinnamon
  • 1/4 t Salt
  • 1 t. Vanilla
  • 1/2 C. Nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Cream sugar and oil. Add eggs. Sift flour, B.P., soda, salt, and cinnamon together. Add flour mix and milk alternately to sugar, oil, and eggs. Add carrots and vanilla. Bake in angel food cake pan. Grease and flour the pan. Brown the pan before using. (?).

Bake 350 degrees - 1 hour.
