Ingredients
- 10 ounces red hot sauce
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin seed
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 5 pounds chicken wings

Preparation
Step 1
Separate wings and drumettes. Cut off wing tips. Combine the hot sauce, butter, ketchup, chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder in saucepan. Heat through, stirring constantly.
Coat wings thoroughly with sauce and place on broiler pan. Bake at 350 degrees F until done, about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally. Dip wings in remaining sauce before serving.
