Sweet and Buttery Oven Roasted Acorn Squash

  • 2 acorn squash, washed, gutted, and halved
  • 4 tablespoons cup of brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
  • 8 teaspoons of pure honey



Step 1

Pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees

Lay your squash flat side up on 1-2 baking sheets

Melt your butter in the microwave

Add your honey, and brown sugar to the butter

Evenly divide the mixture between each of the 4 acorn squash
