Ingredients
- 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut in 1/2
- 4 oz. sliced, fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 C diced onion
- 1/2 C craisins
- 1/2 C brandy
- 1/2 C whipping cream
- 5 oz. brown sugar.

Preparation
Step 1
Flour breasts and fry in butter until done.
In Separate pan, saute mushrooms and onons in butter. Add craisins. Deglaze the pan w/brandy; stir in brown sugar and shipping cream and reduce until thickened.
Place breasts on serving plate and pour equal amounts of sauce over each. Garnish w/orange zest.
