Ingredients
- 1 lb tilapia
- 2 T olive oil
- 2 T rice vinegar
- 2 T soy sauce
- 1 t chopped garlic
- 2 T sesame seeds
Preparation
Step 1
Spray baking dish with vegetable oil
Place tilapia in dish
Whisk olive oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce and garlic until well blended
Poor over fish
Sprinkle sesame seeds over fish
Broil for 20 minutes
