Asparagus with Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 lb asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tbsp pineapple juice
- 1 tbsp balsamic or red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped

Step 1
Cook asparagus in boiling water 2-5 minutes in large pot. drain. Rinse in cold water, drain. Combine pineapple juice, vinegar, mustard, oil and garlic in shallow dish add asparagus and turn evenly to coat. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavor
