Ingredients

  • 1 can (13.75 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 c. mozarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 c. parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1 c. mayonaise
  • 1 t. parsley
  • 1/8 t. garlic powder
  • 1/2 c. salami, chopped (optional)

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Pour into a 9x9 inch baking pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Serve hot with crackers or pita chips.
