Ingredients
- Basic:
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon flavoring oil (not extract)
- desired coloring
- 2 pounds powdered sugar
- Peanut Butter:
- 6 heaping tablespoons peanut butter instead of oil
- Butter:
- 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 sticks butter instead of cream cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Mix cream cheese, flavoring and coloring.
Add powdered sugar, 1/2 cup at a time using beater. When too stiff for beater, add the rest by hand.
Dust candy mold with sugar and press 1 teaspoon into mold.
