Cakes: Doris Tedder's Coconut Cake

Ingredients

• 3 8 oz package of frozen coconut thawed
• 2 cups sugar
• 16 oz sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all of this together and refrigerate overnight.
Duncan Hines White cake mix (make into 4 layers (I make 2 and cut in half)

Make icing 24 hours before frosting cake. Then refrigerate iced cake for 24 hours.
