Ingredients
- 3 8 oz package of frozen coconut thawed
- 2 cups sugar
- 16 oz sour cream
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all of this together and refrigerate overnight.
Duncan Hines White cake mix (make into 4 layers (I make 2 and cut in half)
Make icing 24 hours before frosting cake. Then refrigerate iced cake for 24 hours.
