Ingredients
- 3 T olive oil
- 2 T parsley (fresh)
- 1 1/2 t chopped garlic
- 2 c canned tomatoes
- Salt
Preparation
Step 1
In saucepan w/oil, parsley & garlic. When sizzling, add tomatoes & season w/salt. Cook till liquid evaporates (20 to 25 min)
