Ingredients
- 8 slices bacon
- 4 scallions, chopped
- 9 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 2 1/2 c. shredded jack cheese, divided

Preparation
Step 1
1. Fry bacon crisp-break in small pieces.
2.. Save a small amount of grease and saute scallions.
3. Mix together eggs, milk and seasoned salt.
4. Stir bacon and onion into onion mixture.
5. Add 2c. of the cheese to the eggs.
6. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake
[or 35-40 min.
7. When almost done, spread last 1/2 cup
of cheese on top.
