Pork Tamale Bake w/ Roasted Tomatillo Salsa & Green Olives

  • 1 package Pork Tamales w/ red sauce
  • 1 jar organic roasted tomatillo salsa
  • 1 can pitted green olives, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican Blend cheese
  • Optional garnish: Guacamole, Sour Cream



Step 1

1. Steam tamales per package directions.

2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and oil a casserole dish.

3. Place tamales in the dish and top with salsa, cheese and green olives.

4. Bake for 10 minutes.

5. Garnish with guacamole and sour cream.
