Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef, turkey, or chichen- brown and drain
- 2 6 oz can tomato sauce
- 2 chopped or minced onions
- 1 tps garlic salt
- 1 tps oregano
- 1 8 oz can mushrooms, drained
- Large size small curd cottage cheese
- 2 heads cauliflower
- sliced mozz. cheese

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix meat and spices
2. Add tomatoes and mushrooms
3. simmer for a few minutes until hot
4. slice cauliflower (about as thick as fried potatoes)
5. Cover bottom of 13x9 inch pan with sliced cauliflower
6. cover cauliflower w/ cottage cheese
7. add meat mixture and top w/ mozz. cheese
8. bake 1 hour at 350.
