Ingredients

  • 1.5 sticks melted butter
  • 1.5 graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 2- 8 oz cream cheese at room temp
  • 1.5 cups sugar
  • 1 8 oz cool whip
  • 2 cans Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 cup lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

1st Layer
1.5 sticks melted butter
1.5 graham cracker crumbs
1 cup chopped pecans
Mix together and press into a 9x13 dish. Baked at 350 for 20 minutes. Let cool completely.

2nd Layer
2 (8 oz) cream cheese at room temp.
1.5 cups sugar
1 8 oz cool whip
Mix together and pour over the cooled crust.

3rd Layer
2 cans Eagle Brand Condensed milk
4 egg yolks
1 cup lemon juice
Mix the milk and yolks together. Add lemon juice. Pour over the top. Chill before serving. Optional: toast coconut and sprinkle over top.
