Impossible Pie

Ingredients

• 4 eggs
• 1/2 cup soft margerine
• 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup flour
• pinch of salt
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 2 cups milk
• 1/2 cup coconut

Preparation

Step 1

Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend well. Pour into a large pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees until well browned and knife comes out clean.
