Sweet Potato Pie

Ingredients

• 3 Cups Mashed Sweet Potatoes
• 1/2 C. Sugar
• 2 Eggs
• 1 Tblsp. Vanilla
• 1/2 C. Butter

Preparation

Step 1

Mix and pour into buttered casserole.


Topping:

1 C. Brown Sugar
1/3 C. Flour
1 C. Chopped Walnuts
1/3 C. Butter

Mix with fork until crumbly and sprinkle on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
