Ingredients
- 1 & 1/2 lbs. ground beef
- 2 cups hot mashed potatoes (Instant - make for 6 servings)
- 4 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese, cubed
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese and some for the top
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- 2 small jars beef gravy

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375*
Brown meat in large skillet, drain
Mix potatoes, cream cheese, cheddar cheese and garlic until well blended
Stir vegetables and gravy into meat
Spoon into 9x11 baking dish
Cover with potato mixture
Sprinkle with shredded cheese
Bake for 20 minutes or until heated through
