Ingredients
- 1/2 C Kalamata Olives Pitted & Chopped
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 2 T EVOO
- 2 t Lemon Juice
- 1/2 T Orange Zest
- Fresh Black Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Food Blender, Add Olives & Garlic, Process Until Finely Chopped.
Add EVOO, Lemon Juice, Orange Zest & Few Twists of Black Pepper.
Puree Until Well Blended.
Serve on Fish Sandwiches.
