Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 sticks butter
• 1 cup oil
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 4 cups flour

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter, oil and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients and add. Use cookie press or flatten with glass.

Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes

Makes 8 dozen.
