Ingredients
- 2 tbs. butter
- 2 diced scallions
- 1 tbss. flour
- 2 ounces of 3 different types of cheeses
- 1 cups milk
- Cooked penne
Preparation
Step 1
Saute butter and diced scallions until lightly cooked, add the flour to thicken. Add the cheeses and stirr until softened.
Add the milk and mix until creamy; add the cooked pasta and mix together.
Add the pasta to a buttered dish and add some butter, bake until a crust is formed
