Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 3 3/4 oz. ricotta cheese
- 1 oz. parmesean cheese
- 16 oz. chopped, cooked broccoli
- pinch salt, pinch pepper
- pinch nutmeg

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9" pie plate with no-stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until smooth. Add rocotta, salkt, pepper, nutmeg and parmesean and whisk until smooth.
Using a rubber scraper, gently fold in broccoli. Pout into pie plate and spread evenly. Place pie plate on a cookie sheet and place in middle rack of oven. Bake until golden brown and a knife comes cleanly out from the middle of the pie (approx. 45-55 minutes.)
