Ingredients

  • 2 cups (8 oz) shredded Colby-Monterey jack cheese
  • 2/3 cup mayo
  • 6 green onions, chopped
  • 1 loaf (1 lb) French bread, halved lengthwise

Preparation

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine the cheese, mayo and onions. Spread over cut sides of bread and reassemble loaf. Wrap in double thickness of heavy duty foil. Seal tightly.

Grill, covered, over indirect medium heat for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted, turning once. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting into slices.
