Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin slices
- 1 cup brown rice flour
- 1 Tb olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 3 Tb nonpareil capers
- 3/4 cup gluten free chicken stock
- 1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Dredge both sides of chicken in flour.
Heat olive oil in pan. Quickly sear the chicken on both side to brown, approx 1 min per side.
Place chicken, lemon juice,capers, stock and pepper into greased slow cooker.
Cook on high for 2 - 3 hours or on low for 4 - 6 hours.
