Mushroom and Garlic Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 (14OZ) Can Pillsbury Pizza Crust
- 3 tbsp EVOO
- 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 5 oz shitake mushrooms, stems discarded
- 8 oz white mushrooms
- salt
- 1 (8oz) bag shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 (8oz) bag shredded mozzarella cheese

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400. Spread dough out to cover large baking sheet, then brush with2 tbsp of EVOO and sprinkle with garlic. Bake for 8 minutes.
Meanwhile, thinly slice all mushrooms. In a large skillet, heat remaining EVOO over high heat and saute mushrooms until golden, 8-10 minutes. Season with salt to taste.
Sprinkle the baked dough with the swiss cheese, then the mushrooms and then mozzarella. Sprinkle a little more salt and return to oven. Bake until cheese is golden and bubbly, about 15 minutes. Cut into squares.
