Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 3/4 c sugar
  • 1 c cooked rice
  • 1 qt. milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • cinnamon (optional)

Step 1

Beat eggs. Add sugar, cooked rice, vanilla. Add 1 quart milk which has been brought to a boil.
Mix all lightly and put into 2 quart casserole or pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired. Put casserole in pan of hot water. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
