Ingredients
- 6 cloves garlic sliced
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 16 cups chopped Swiss Chard( 5 large bunches)
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
Preparation
Step 1
Heat garlic and oil until garlic turns golden brown, about 3 minutes. Set garlic aside. Add swiss chard, red pepper flakes and salt until wilted. Raise heat, cover, and cook for 7-10 minutes. Drain leaves and add garlic. Toss and serve
