Ingredients
- 16 oz. can black beans, drained & rinsed
- 1/8 lge onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 c. pickled jalapeno peppers or slices
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic soaked in 2 tsp water for 5 min.
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
- 2 tsp. chili powder (regular, medium or hot)
- 1 Tb. lime juice (juice of 1 lime)

Put all ingredients in blender & blend until smooth.
