Southwest Hashbrowns

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. pkg shredded hash brown potatoes
  • 3 Tbs. butter
  • 2 tsp. taco seasoning
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add potatoes. As they begin to brown, toss with seasonings. Cook about 10 min. or until golden brown.
