- 1 CAN (11OZ) PILLSBURY REFIRG THIN PIZZA CRUST

IN SKILLET COOK CHOPPED CHICKEN, ONION, CASHEWS, TERIYAKI SAUCE, SEASAME OIL, LIME JUICE, GARLIC AND GINGERROOT OVER MED HEAT 2 TO 3 MIN. STIRRING OCCASIONALLY. sTIR IN COLESLAW MIX AND COOK FOR 2 MIN OR UNITL VEGETABLE ARE CRISP TENDER. sTIR IN 1/3 C CILANTRO. COOL COMPLETELY.
UNROLL PIZZA CRUST PRESS DOUGH INTO 16X12 RECTANGLE. CUT INTO 12 4 INCH SQUARES.
WORKING WITH DOUGH SPOON LESS THAN 1/4 C CHICKEN MIXTURE ONTO CENTER. FOLD 1 CORNER OF SQUARE OVER FILLING. BRING OPPOSIT CONER OVER FIRST CORNER TUCKING ROLL TO SEAL. LEAVE OTHER ENDS OPEN. PLACE ON COOKIE SHEET.
BAKE 9 TO 11 MIN OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN. GARNISH WITH CILANTRO.
