Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake mix (prepare as directed on package in 9 x 12 pan)
  • 1/2 can cream of coconut
  • 1/2 can Eagle brand milk
  • 1 large container of Cool Whip
  • 1 can of Angel Flake coconut

Cooking time 45mins

Step 1

Mix and bake cake according to directions in a 9 x 12 pan.

Mix together the cream of coconut and the condensed milk. Poke holes in cake with a fork and drizzle half of milk mixture on top of warm cake.

Let cool completely and frost with Cool Whip. Sprinkle coconut on top of cake.
