- 1/2 CUP OF ORANGE JUICE
- 2 JALAPENOS SEEDS REMOVED AND MINCED
- 1 TSP SALT
- 1/4 TSP BLACK PEPPER
- 1 CUP OF CHOPPED CILANTRO
- 6 SMALL ORANGES PEELED AND SLICED
- 2 SMALL RED ONIONS THINLY SLICED
- 4 AVOCADOS SLICED
- 2 LB SHRIMP COOKED
- 8 CUPS OF RED LEAF LETTUCE

MIX VINEGAR, OIL, ORANGES JUICE, JALAPENO, SALT, PEPPER AND CILANTRO
