Golden Glazed Flank Steak

Ingredients

  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 1 jar (12oz) apricot preserves
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 flank steak
  • 2 medium green, yellow, or red peppers cut into vertical strips

Preparation

Step 1

Heat broiler or grill. In a small bowl and combine soup mix, apricot preserves, and water. Mix well. In a large shallow baking pan arrange the steak and peppers. Spoon mixture over steak. Broil, turning over once until steak is done.
