Ingredients
- Wet rub #1
- butter
- garlic
- Wet rub #2
- 1/4 cup EVOO
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 Tbs lemon juice
- 1 Tbs chopped parsley
- 1 Tbs chopped cilantro
- 1 Tbs chopped chives
- 1 Tbs grated lemon zest
- 1 tsp chopped thyme
- 1 tsp chopped rosemary
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- Lobster tails
Preparation
Step 1
Cut the top side of the shell lengthwise. This allows you to pour the wet rub inside the shell so it sort of bastes in while you grill them.
Rub 1: Melt butter and mix with garlic. Pour into lobster shell.
Rub 2: Mix all ingredients together and pour into lobster shell.
Cook on grill using your favorite grilling recipe.
Serve with grilled vegetables- red/yellow pepper, egg plant, zucchini, yellow squash. Brush with a mixture of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, oregano, and garlic powder.
