Spinach Salad with Honey Mustard Dressing

Ingredients
- SALAD:
- 2 bunches of spinach, washed and steamed (drain well)
- 4 green onions (green part only) thinly sliced
- 1 large orange, peeled, halved, sliced
- 4 slices crisply cooked bacon crumbled
- DRESSING:
- 6 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp hone
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper

Preparation
Step 1
DRESSING:
Combine all ingredients in a jar with tight-fitting lid and shake well. Store in fridge until ready to use.
Combine spinach, onion and orange in a large bowl. Add dressing and toss well. Top with bacon crumbs and serve.
