Steakhouse Potato

Ingredients

  • 2 large baking potatoes
  • 1/3 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 TBS butter
  • 1/2 tsp. steakhouse seasoning by McCormick
  • McCormick sea salt (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

1.Preheat oven to 425.

2.Microwave potatoes on HIGH for 7 minutes, turning potatoes halfway .through cooking time. Remove potatoes and set aside to cool about 15 minutes.

3. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Scoop out potato flesh into medium bowl, leaving about 1/4 inch edge to form shell. Set shells aside. Add cheese, milk, butter, steakhouse seasoning and sea salt to cooked potato. Mash with potato masher.

4. Fill shells with mixture. Place on a cooking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until slightly brown.
